Q. How do I get my email.

A. On Netscape either: Click on Window->Netscape Mail or Click on the little envelope at the right bottom of the page.

Q. I see my email on the right hand side but I don't see the email content.

A. Maximize the email window (make it as large as possible so it takes up your entire screen). Go to the border between the white area on top and the grey area on the bottom. Click on the border line and move it up, so you can see more of the gray area on the bottom. You will find you email message there.

Q. I've just uploaded my personal Home Page and I go to http://www.netlabs.net/hp/Your_INL_LoginId but I do not see any updates.

A. Make sure you clear the cache on your hard drive by:

Options ->Network Preferences -> Clear Disk Cache Now -> OK

Q. How do you implement server side image maps ?

A.

<a href="/YourMapFile.map">

<img src="YOUR_IMAGE" ismap></a>

The map coordinates follow the NCSA /Apache syntax (not CERN).
