
Overview:
- Email support@netlabs.net and mention that you want to create
a personal Home Page. INL will setup directories for you.
- Create your main home page as index.htm, or index.html
- A directory has been created under your login called public_html
- Upload your files (FTP or Zmodem) into public_html.
- Your Pages will now be viewable by anyone on the InterNet!
Your URL will be: http://www.netlabs.net/hp/Your_INL_LoginId
Once you are happy with the look of your pages notify INL again at support@netlabs.net
and we will add your home page to our list of user Home Pages.
Windows 95 FTP
Start -> Run
Type in: ftp -i www.netlabs.net
You will get a black "dos like" screen,
Login in to the system with your Your_INL_LoginId and Password
wait for the ftp> prompt
and type in: binary
wait for the ftp> prompt
and type in: cd public_html
lcd stands for "local change directory", change to the directory
on your local PC that contains your files.
lcd \your\directory\on_your_pc
and type in: mput *.htm *.gif *.jpg
This command will upload all the files in your current directory to
the INL system.
Windows 3.1 Users
