    Switching Identities

  • First you need to open Outlook Express, once that is open, click on File->Switch Identity...->Manage Identities->New

  • Now type in the name you would like to call this identity (Generally you would use your name, but it can be whatever you want). After that click on OK, and your new identity will be set up

    Adding a Mail Account

  • First, click on the top of the screen, click on Tools->Accounts

  • Next, click on Add->Mail

  • For the display name, type in your full name, not your INL username

  • For your Internet Email address, type in Your_Username@netlabs.net , substituting "Your Username" for your INL username

  • Your mail server type is POP3, and for both the incoming and outgoing mail servers, enter mail.netlabs.net

  • For your Internet Mail logon, type in your INL username where it says username, and the password corresponding to that username for the password

  • You have successfully set up your email account, press finish to continue

  • Under the mail tab, you should see "mail.netlabs.net" under the account. You're finished, just click on close, and you are ready to send/receive mail
