Hudson
Family Genealogy
- The descendants of William Hudson (circa 1752 - 1836). William was
probably
born in Yorkshire, England
and went to Annapolis County,
Nova Scotia in May
1774.
There are nine generations of descendants in this family history
throughout Canada
and the United
States. Many of the
descendants went from Nova Scotia to
the Boston, Massachusetts
area.

ancestors - The ancestors of Howard Randolph Hudson (1917-2008).
Halliday
Family History - The descendants of John Halliday (circa 1728 -
after
1796). John was probably born in Yorkshire, England.
John and his wife Elizabeth Dale were married 17 August 1754 in
Scawton, North
Yorkshire, England. John Holliday, Farmer, age 46, together with his
wife and
five children are mentioned as passengers in the combined lists for the
"Thomas and William" and "Prince
George". These ships, bearing Yorkshire
settlers, left Scarborough, Yorkshire, between 5 Apr and 12 Apr 1774,
and
reached Halifax, Nova Scotia on 14 May and 16 May
respectively, in the year 1774. John Halliday lived in Annapolis County, Nova Scotia.
Noel
Family
History - The descendants of William Noel (circa 1790-after
1870).
William was born in England
and it is unsure when he arrived in America. William Noel
married widow
Jane Todd in Wilmington,
Delaware circa
1828. The family lived
in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. The children lived in Kansas, Allegany County,
Maryland, Baltimore,
Maryland, Wyandot
County, Ohio,
Perry County, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
Hansen
Family
History - The descendants of Andreas Christian Hansen
(1848-1929).
Andreas was born in Nykirke, Denmark (now Neukirchen, Schleswig, Germany).
He came to Perth Amboy,
New Jersey circa
1879-1880.
Cain
Family
History - The descendants of Major and Hester Cain of Kent County,
Delaware
and Kent County, Maryland. Major Cain (ca. 1817-before 1880)
lived in
Kent County, Delaware until at least 1850 and by 1870 the family was
living in
Kent County, Maryland.
