Thanks to the Cattanachs, Sandy Huntsman and all who helped out. The weather cooperated and it was a fanatic day. Dan and Christine Neff won the first two races and were able to hold off John Luard and Toni Gahn in a tie breaker after John and Toni won the third race. Dan and Christine are to be voted on for membership to MBC next month. I hope this doesn’t affect the voting. Matt Smith and I were third. I was smart enough to just drive the boat (quit well if I must say with a few notable exceptions) and go whichever way Matt said. I had a great time. Dan Vought 4^th and Dave Watts 5^th rounded out the top five.  It was a great day of sailing with a lot of position changes. Molly Luyck was the youngest skipper and the only female skipper. Molly with her father Paul crewing won the B division. Paul certainly knows how to hang around with good sailors. His wife Dot is a former women’s champion at MBC. Larry Nociolo was so fast the boat almost left him behind. Good thing he held on to the mainsheet.
