Facility
MBC Facilities-Use Rules & Requirements

M.B.C. facilities may only be rented by members or their
immediate family, and may only be used for a family related activity, or
an M.B.C. related private activity by the member.

M.B.C. member or their caterer will supply their own
dishes and silverware. An inventory of kitchen equipment will be taken
by the M.B.C. Steward before and after the event, and the M.B.C. member
will be responsible for any losses.

The M.B.C. member will be responsible for kitchen clean
up by the caterer. Clean up includes the stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils,
countertops, and dishwasher. (Instructions for operation of kitchen equipment
are available from the M.B.C. Steward.)

Monmouth Boat Club members have the right to use the
first floor facilities at any time.

Caterers are subject to approval by Monmouth Boat Club.

All disposable trash shall be sorted into recyclables,
and other material. This is the responsibility of the M.B.C. member.

Every M.B.C. member renting M.B.C. facilities shall
provide his own liability insurance.

There is no smoking allowed within the M.B.C. Clubhouse
or on the first or second floor porches. Please advise your guests.

There is no parking in the yard during sailing
season. (April thru October)

Any unattended vehicles parked in the Fire Lane will
be towed at owners expense.

The Rental Fee of $300.00 is payable to M.B.C.
one month prior to the event.

The Cleanup Fee of $75.00 is payable to M.B.C.
Steward two weeks prior to the event.

A refundable Security Deposit of $750.00 is required and
will be returned after the event if there was no damage.
Finally, please remember that it is your Club and you
are responsible for its appearance. We hope that you and your guests enjoy
the facility.
