Plaintiff's Petition for BedPrivleges

The following is a petition I had drawn up by the prestigous canine law firm of:

It's purpose is to obtain legal privleges to sleep in my humans' bed. As soon as
I get the nerve to give it to them I will let you know how it works.

RUDY'S HUMANS

PLAINTIFF'S PETITION FOR BED PRIVILEGES

NOW COMES Rudy, Plaintiff in the above captioned matter, and 
petitions  the high Court of Canine Superiority to issue the following 
bed privileges, and as grounds therefore states:

1.      That Rudy is and always has been a faithful member of his family;

2.      That Rudy gives undivided and unconditional love to his humans;

3.      That he puts up with their constant demands such as "sit", "down", 
         "stay", and other orders on a daily basis;

4.      That as his reward, Rudy is denied bed privileges;

5.      That other faithful canines, such as Hershey and Snickers, get 
          occasional bed privileges;

6.      That Rudy's humans, despite many respectful requests to do
         so, refuse to allow Rudy to exercise his Canine Constitutional 
         Right to bed privileges.


WHEREFORE, Rudy prays that this Honorable Court:

A.      Order his humans to grant him the opportunity to exercise his 
         Canine Constitutional Rights to occasional bed privileges;

B.      Permit him to show he has good manners and will not disturb 
          his humans' sleep comfort;

C.      Order an immediate hearing on this issue; and

D.      Grant any such other relief as may be just and equitable in
          these premises.
